A Personal Injury Attorney Law Firm is a rapidly growing personal injury firm in the north Dallas area and looking to add a litigation associate to our growing docket of cases. This is the perfect opportunity for lawyers to gain first hand litigation experience.Our office handles only personal injury cases and our staff and attorneys are very experienced in this area. This position will be supported by a litigation paralegal with 12 years experience.

Litigation Lawyer will:
- Manage litigation files from the pre-lit department through trial.
- Prepare for and handle depositions, hearings, and mediations.
- Plan and execute case strategy.
- Manage clients and settlements.
Candidate Qualifications:
- Texas Bar Membership in good standing
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Experience with MS Office Skills
- Must have good work ethic and have strong Organizational Skills
- Be a Go Getter
- Be Humble, Hungry, and Smart
