Rack Law Group is a Personal Injury law firm located in Phoenix, AZ. The firm focuses on motor vehicle accident, slip and fall, and wrongful death cases, and is seeking 2 full-time litigation attorneys.

Qualifications, Responsibilities, Skills/Requirements:
In order to adequately perform the tasks requested, this position will require the candidate to possess the following qualifications, responsibilities, and skills/requirements:

Qualifications:

Must be a licensed Arizona attorney in good standing with the Arizona State Bar
At least 5 consecutive years of Plaintiff Personal Injury litigation experience
In-depth knowledge of Arizona court rules and procedures
Extremely proficient in drafting pleadings and motions, and propounding discovery
Extremely proficient and well versed in preparing for and conducting depositions, court hearings, ADR, settlement conferences, arbitrations, mediations, and trials
Substantial experience with negotiations

Responsibilities:
Handle all litigation aspects of a personal injury case that is not settled in pre-litigation

Excellent organization skills, with a high attention to detail

Strong ability to simultaneously work on multiple tasks, with ability to function in a fast pace, independent work environment
Strong time management skills with ability to prioritize tasks and timely meet strict deadlines
