The Opportunity:Kedia Law is seeking a Family Law Attorney who is comfortable managing cases independently while bringing a grounded, thoughtful approach to client advocacy.
This role is ideal for an attorney who wants to own their cases, build strong client relationships, and be part of a firm that values both legal strategy and emotional intelligence.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Manage a family law caseload from intake through resolution
- Handle matters including divorce, custody, parenting time, relocation, and post-decree modifications
- Draft pleadings, motions, parenting plans, and settlement agreements
- Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and court proceedings
- Provide clear, strategic guidance to clients navigating complex and emotional situations
- Collaborate with support staff to ensure cases move efficiently and effectively
- Autonomy in your practice — manage your cases without unnecessary layers

What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of family law experience
- Active Arizona Bar license
- Ability to independently manage a caseload
- Strong writing, negotiation, and courtroom skills
