We're seeking a Litigation Attorneys to join our team:
Responsibilities:
- Handle all aspects of litigation in state and/or federal court.
- Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery, and briefs.
- Develop and execute litigation strategy.
- Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials.
- Communicate effectively with clients, courts, and opposing counsel.
- Maintain meticulous case files and ensure compliance with court deadlines and procedural requirements.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) required.
- Personal Injury role: Nevada Bar admission required.
- 0-3 years of litigation experience
- Excellent writing, research, and advocacy skills.
- Strong organization and ability to manage multiple cases independently.
