Summary:
As a Personal Injury Attorney at our firm, you will be responsible for handling personal injury cases from intake through settlement or trial. You'll work closely with clients, manage pre-litigation and litigation processes, and collaborate with a supportive legal team to drive successful outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Handle personal injury cases from intake through settlement or trial
Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
Take and defend depositions, attend mediations, hearings, and trials
Evaluate case value and develop legal strategy tailored to each client
Communicate effectively with clients, insurance adjusters, opposing counsel, and court personnel
Supervise support staff, including case managers and paralegals
Negotiate settlements and advocate for client interests

Qualifications:

J.D. from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in Michigan
No experience necessary
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Excellent oral, written, and analytical skills
Self-motivated with the ability to manage deadlines and a high-volume caseload efficiently
