We are seeking 1-2 Personal Injury Attorneys to join our growing plaintiff-side litigation practice. This role is ideal for an experienced attorney who can independently manage complex personal injury matters, drive case strategy, and achieve strong results through settlement negotiation and litigation.

Responsibilities may include:
Settlement Negotiation:
Evaluate, develop, and efficiently resolve cases.
Lead settlement negotiations with the adjusters and defense counsel.
Handle a wide range of policy limits, including million-dollar cases.
Results are recognized and rewarded.
Litigation & Court Representation:
Represent clients in various legal proceedings, including EBTs, court conferences, mediations, and pre-trial proceedings.
Draft and argue motions, manage discovery, and prepare cases for trial.
Trial experience is strongly preferred but not required.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior attorneys when appropriate

Qualifications:

Prior plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience
Demonstrated experience in complex litigation, including: Municipal liability, Premises liability, Trucking and catastrophic injury cases, and Wrongful death matters
Active admission to the New Jersey or New York Bar required (additional state admissions strongly preferred, as our practice spans multiple jurisdictions)
Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage cases independently and drive them to resolution
