As an Associate Attorney in our Personal Injury practice, you will play a key role from case inception through conclusion. This includes:
- Involvement in all phases of litigation, including pre-litigation demands, motion practice, discovery, depositions, mediations, and court appearances.
- Preparing complex pleadings and drafting intricate motions and briefs.
- Managing correspondence with clients, experts, and opposing attorneys.
- Taking the lead on depositions, working closely with experts, and engaging directly with clients.
- Being proficient in all aspects of the discovery process.
- A minimum of 6 years of litigation experience, specifically within Personal Injury.
- Licensed to practice law in the state of CA and in good standing (required)
- Strong legal writing and research skills.
- A proven track record of attention to detail in all aspects of your work.
- Litigation experience is required; trial experience is a plus.
The salary range for this position is $175,000 - $225,000/year.
