Description:

Growing plaintiff personal injury firm seeking an Intake Attorney to evaluate new cases and oversee our intake department.

This role combines legal evaluation, client consultations, and leadership of intake staff to ensure consistent conversion and quality control.

In this role, you will engage with clients in areas such as car accidents, wrongful death, traumatic brain injury (TBI), catastrophic injury, slip and fall accidents, and product liability.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct phone and virtual consultations with prospective clients
Evaluate liability, damages, and case viability
Sign qualified cases and explain contingency agreements
Oversee and supervise intake specialists and intake coordinators
Train intake staff on qualifying criteria and call handling
Monitor conversion rates and intake performance metrics
Provide direction on case acceptance standards
Collaborate with marketing and litigation teams

Qualifications:

Personal Injury Experience Is a Must
Juris Doctorate degree
Strong leadership and supervisory skills
Excellent communication and client rapport
Ability to make fast, confident case evaluations
