Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Personal Injury Attorney to join our law firm. The ideal candidate will possess 1-3 years of experience in personal injury law -- ideally, both in pre-litigation, as well as litigation. This role offers an opportunity for fast growth.

Duties:

Manage a diverse caseload of personal injury claims from inception through resolution, including trial preparation and litigation when necessary
Draft demand letters, as well as legal documents such as pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and correspondence with clients and opposing counsel
Negotiate settlements effectively while advocating for clients' best interests

Requirements:

Admission to the State Bar of California
1-3 years of PI experience
