Must be comfortable with direct interaction with senior partners, judges, and clients.Credentials
- Active Member in Good Standing with State Bar of Michigan
Skills and Qualifications:
- Ideally, 3 or more years of injury experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication for interacting with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance companies
- Analyze evidence, understand legal precedents, and assess the strengths and weaknesses of cases
- Experience working in a fast-paced legal environment
- Highly organized and analytical
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide injured claimants with legal advice, guidance, and representation required to successfully obtain compensation
- Communicate with clients in person, over the phone, and via email
- Negotiate settlements to achieve favorable outcomes for clients
- Manage a high volume of cases and stay organized with case files and deadlines
- Maintain strict confidentiality of organizational and client information
