About the role:Aramjoo Law Firm is growing and seeking a Personal Injury Attorney (3–5 years of experience) to handle a mix of pre-litigation and litigation matters. This is a full time, in-person role based in Liberty, MO (Kansas City metro, Northland) supporting plaintiffs in motor vehicle, trucking, premises liability, and wrongful death cases.
What You'll Do:
- Manage a plaintiff PI docket from intake through resolution.
- Evaluate liability/coverage; draft demands; negotiate with carriers.
- Draft petitions/complaints, discovery, motions; appear in court.
- Take/defend depositions; attend mediations; prepare trial (trial experience is a plus).
- Collaborate with paralegals and experts; maintain accurate file notes and deadlines.
What We're Looking For:
- J.D. + active Missouri bar license (or eligibility; Kansas license a plus).
- 3–5 years of personal injury or civil litigation experience.
- Demonstrated motions and discovery practice; deposition experience preferred.
- Strong client communication and case strategy skills; organized and proactive.
