Position:We're looking for a Personal Injury Attorney to join our growing team and help carry that mission forward. This role manages a caseload of plaintiff personal injury matters from intake through resolution — including negotiation and settlement — while delivering the kind of hands-on, personal client experience Sam & Ash is known for. Candidates with plaintiff PI experience are strongly preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and advocate for clients in personal injury matters
- Lead case negotiations and settlement discussions on behalf of clients, holding insurance carriers accountable
- Serve as a consistent, dedicated point of contact for clients throughout the life of each case
- Collaborate with and guide a client success team
- Maintain organized, accurate case files and meet all relevant deadlines
- Take on increasing case complexity and leadership responsibility as the firm grows
Qualifications:
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active bar membership in good standing (Nevada preferred; California acceptable)
- Prior experience in plaintiff personal injury law preferred
- Strong negotiation, written, and verbal communication skills
- A genuine, client-first approach to the practice of law
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple case files in a fast-paced environment
