We're looking for a motivated. Self starting Personal Injury Attorney who can handle a case load of 40-70 litigation files.
Responsibilities:
- Manage personal injury cases from intake through resolution.
- Conduct client consultations and case evaluations.
- Negotiate settlements with insurance companies.
- Draft pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence.
- Conduct depositions and attend mediations.
- Represent clients at hearings and trials when necessary.
- Collaborate with paralegals, case managers, and support staff.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout the legal process.
- Develop litigation strategy to maximize client recovery.
Qualifications:
- Active member of The Florida Bar.
- Georgia bar license a plus
- 2+ years of personal injury experience preferred.
- Some level of pre-suit litigation a plus
- Litigation & trial experience is a plus.
- Strong negotiation and courtroom advocacy skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload.
- Passion for helping injured clients.
