Description:A Personal Injury Attorney, is seeking a highly motivated associate attorney to join our Personal Injury Team in-person at our Duluth, Georgia, office. At least 3 years of Personal Injury experience is preferred, but not required; however, the successful candidate must possess strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills, along with a willingness to help those injured through no fault of their own.
Responsibilities:
- Learn, understand, and execute the firm's personal injury case management process and procedures according to written and/or verbal instructions
- Manage a portfolio of personal injury cases through the use of a variety of case management programs and procedures
- Ensure the rights of the client as well as the professional integrity of the firm are preserved and maintained through professional expert representation in court or before government agencies
- Prepare legal documents and negotiate settlements on behalf of injured clients
- Handled all aspects of both pre-litigation and litigation cases from start to finish
- Work with a team to assist clients through their injury claim

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills
- Excellent time management skills, be organized, and able to effectively prioritize projects and tasks in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellent client service. Intermediate administrative and proficient computer skills are required
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills
