The Opportunity:Lawfty Law (www.lawftylaw.com) is seeking a driven, entrepreneurial Personal Injury Attorney to join our Washington, D.C. team. This role is designed for a consummate legal professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses an ownership mindset, and seeks uncapped earning potential.
You will step into a highly active, robust pipeline on day one, managing an established caseload with a clear path to scale.
Work Schedule: Hybrid (3 days in office / 2 days remote) – 1150 Connecticut Ave NW.

Qualifications:
- Education & Licensure: J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar admission in either VA or MD. Washington, D.C. admission is ideal (or immediate eligibility to waive in).
- Case Experience: Proven experience independently managing an active personal injury caseload with strong case-triaging, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Litigation Background: Full lifecycle litigation experience is required, with the ability to navigate the litigation process effectively and take cases to trial as needed.
- Tech-Forward Mindset: An entrepreneurial mindset with a strong comfort level utilizing modern legal technology, software, and data-driven metrics.
