Description:
Established Jersey City firm seeks a Personal Injury Attorney to handle cases from intake through resolution.Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of personal injury matters (auto accidents, slip and fall, premises liability, etc.)
- Handle litigation through all phases — discovery, depositions, motions, settlement, and trial
- Communicate with clients, insurance carriers, and opposing counsel
- Work alongside our paralegals and support staff
Requirements:
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Admitted to the New Jersey Bar in good standing (NY admission is a plus)
- [2+] years of personal injury experience preferred
- Strong writing, negotiation, and advocacy skills
- Spanish a plus
