Requirements:

J.D. from an accredited law school
Admitted to the New Jersey Bar and in good standing
New Jersey Bar (Required)
3-5 years of Personal Injury experience
Spanish fluency is a plus

Responsibilities:

Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence to clients and opposing counsel
Conduct client intake interviews and develop case strategy
Manage case deadlines and coordinate filings across multiple matters
Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure comprehensive case management
Perform legal research with a focus on personal injury law
Strong written and oral communication skills — comfortable with both attorneys and adjusters
Ability to perform under pressure and manage a demanding caseload independently
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
