Our growing law firm is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong litigation skills, a passion for advocacy, and the ability to manage cases from intake through resolution. Trial experience is highly valued and considered a strong plus.Responsibilities:
- Handle a caseload of personal injury matters from inception through trial or settlement
- Conduct client meetings, case evaluations, and strategy development
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
- Represent clients in depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and court appearances
- Collaborate with a team of paralegals and support staff to ensure efficient case handling
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the state bar
- 3+ years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience (trial experience a plus)
- Strong written and oral advocacy skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and case management skills
