Description:
Candidates will have between 2 to 5 years of patent prosecution experience, including application drafting. Candidates will have a degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or similar field. Ideal candidates will have experience preparing and prosecuting applications in the areas of energy, software, AI, manufacturing, or have technical training or experience in these fields.This is an exciting opportunity that will allow for practice experience in other areas including the growing energy and natural resources and high-tech industry sectors. We seek candidates who are driven, possess a desire to develop and invest in their careers and the Firm, desire to work with a national/international client platform, and demonstrate superior client service ability. Candidates must have outstanding written and oral communication skills, excellent academic credentials, and strong organizational and analytical abilities. All candidates must be registered with the USPTO and be licensed or able to become licensed with the Texas Bar.
