Ideal candidates will have experience with discrimination and harassment, wage and hour, accessibility, and non-compete and confidentiality agreements. Experience advising clients as to employment law compliance, policies and procedures, employment contracts, discipline, terminations, reductions in force, and wage and hour audits as well as conducting workplace investigations is preferred. Strong analytical and writing skills, as well as excellent academic credentials are required. A license in good standing in Texas also required.
