Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Patent Attorney to join our team. This role offers an opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and interesting novel ideas for our clients. If you are a patent attorney with at least two years of prep & pros experience looking for flexible schedule, this position might be a good fit for you.

Duties:

Prepare and prosecute patent applications before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
Maintain good relationships with prosecution support staff and accounting department. Follow internal procedures.
Stay on top of your docket to manage deadlines for sending drafts to clients, filings, and other actions.
Stay current with developments in patent law and industry trends to advise clients effectively.

Requirements:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school with admission to practice before the USPTO.
A Registration No. with U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
Proven experience as a Patent Attorney with a focus on patent prosecution, preferably at least 2 years
Familiarity with hardware electronics is preferred. We do not do any work in biotechnology.
