Since 1975, Dunnion Law has been dedicated solely to representing plaintiffs in personal injury cases, building a reputation for fighting hard on behalf of injured Californians. We don't settle cases to clear a desk.

As a personal injury attorney at Dunnion Law, you'll work independently on your own caseload with the assistance of a dedicated paralegal or legal secretary. You'll handle the full case process from pre-litigation through litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, expert work, motion practice, and mediation, with the goal of maximizing every client's recovery.

At the same time, you'll be part of a supportive team of attorneys dedicated to getting the best results for our clients. Our attorneys assist each other regularly and meet often to exchange thoughts on case issues, strategies, and practices.

Required Qualifications:

You have excellent verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesize facts, law, and medicine into persuasive arguments.
You are a clear writer. You can distill the complex and persuasively establish elements of a claim.
You have a solid understanding of negotiation theory and practice that is grounded in real-world experience.
You have a desire and a passion for helping people.
You want to work in an environment that values proactivity, goal setting and achievement, and is driven to make our clients happy.
If you have an out-of-state bar admission: You need not be a member of the California Bar to apply. However, upon hiring you would be expected to pursue admission to the California Bar.

Located on the Central Coast, Monterey, CA is a scenic, relaxed-pace coastal town defined by dramatic ocean views, rich history, and gorgeous year-round weather. Avoid long commutes in major metros and enjoy the weekends living near world-renowned destinations such as Carmel and Big Sur. Relocation assistance may be available to those candidates willing to relocate to our Monterey, CA office.

Compensation:
Between $120,000 and $250,000 annually, depending on experience and performance. This position is eligible for benefits such as health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, paid time off, 401(k) retirement plan participation, paid sick days, and office holidays.
