The Opportunity:
We're seeking an entrepreneurial-minded patent attorney who wants to build a long-term career and sustainable practice with our firm. This is a partnership-track position for the right candidate committed to growing with us.
You'll have the opportunity to:
- Develop your own patent practice with firm support and mentorship
- Grow into a leadership role in our expanding IP practice
- Work with diverse clients across industries nationwide
- Build on existing client relationships or develop new ones
What We're Looking For:
Required:
- JD and bar admission in any State or the District of Columbia
- USPTO registration
- Bachelor's or advanced degree, preferably in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, computer science/software engineering, or biomedical engineering;
- Strong communication and client-service skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and commitment to long-term practice building
Strongly preferred:
- Emerging book of business or strong network in the technical/business community
- Demonstrated business development skills or interest
- Prior work experience in your technical field
