We want to hear from you if you have 1-2 years of patent prosecution law firm experience, patent bar membership, and a background in one of the following fields: physics, applied physics, engineering physics, physical chemistry, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, materials sciences, or related disciplines.Working knowledge or practical experience in one of the following areas is strongly preferred: artificial intelligence (AI)/machine learning (ML) and its applications, solid state physics, quantum computing, nuclear physics, semiconductors, and optics.
Advanced degrees and prior patent agent experience are preferred; however, we will consider anyone with a B.S./B.A with relevant experience. We also are seeking candidates with strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills as well as superior academic credentials.
