A Full-Service, National Law Firm is seeking an exceptional Patent Agent to join our intellectual property team. The ideal candidate will have at least three years' experience as a Patent Agent prosecuting patents in the immunology and molecular biology therapeutic space. Candidates must have a Ph.D. in Immunology or Virology. The successful candidate will have experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications, responding to office actions, assisting in the preparation of opinions and conducting prior art searches in the fields of immunotherapy, gene therapy, cell therapy and related fields. Candidates should possess strong academic credentials and be admitted to practice before the USPTO. This position is open to any of A Full-Service, National Law Firm's offices. The pay for this position will be determined based on relevant skills and experience, education, external market data, internal equity, and other job-related factors. The anticipated pay range for this role is $135,000 - $180,000.
