Settlement Statement Preparation and Closing Facilitation:
Client Management:
A license to practice in Pennsylvania, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio, or West Virginia is required. Out-of-state candidates who are eligible for admission in Pennsylvania, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio, or West Virginia will be considered. All candidates should have a strong academic background and possess excellent research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.

- Oversee and review due diligence processes, encompassing leases, construction documents, franchise agreements, and related matters.
- Ensure all necessary documentation is accurate and in compliance with SBA standards.
Order, negotiate, and review title insurance to safeguard the interests of all parties involved.
Conduct Uniform Commercial Code, judgment lien, and bankruptcy searches to assess potential risks.
- Execute collateral lien perfection activities to secure loans.
- Manage and enforce collateral liens when necessary.
- Prepare settlement statements accurately and efficiently.
