Job Summary:We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will be willing to cover Family Law, Criminal Law, and Civil Litigation hearings, including PFAs, Child Support, Pre-Trial Conferences, Plea Bargains, Preliminary Hearings. Cases will occur in Bucks, Montgomery, Philadelphia, Delaware, Lehigh, and Berks Counties (Pennsylvania)
Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in court proceedings and during negotiations.
- Advise clients on their legal rights and obligations in various matters.
- Analyze case law and statutes to develop effective legal strategies.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to enhance case outcomes.
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to practice areas.
- Manage case files and maintain accurate records of all legal proceedings.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the bar in Pennsylvania (MUST)
- Strong understanding of Family, Criminal, and Civil Law
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for effective client interaction.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Note: this is a 1099 contractor role. expected hours per week vary based on law firm need.
