Overview:Are you looking to join a tenured team at an AmLaw100 firm? Nelson Mullins is seeking a midlevel associate to join its Corporate group.
A day in the life:
Experienced in mergers & acquisitions, private funds and general corporate matters, you will ensure companies, private equity funds, venture capital funds and other private investment vehicles are provided strategic advice in a variety of aspects related to their formation, operation, compliance, growth and structures.

We Know You:
With at least two years of meaningful corporate/transactional experience, you are knowledgeable in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, equity financings, and general corporate work. You possess strong writing, analytical and communications skills, and you have excelled academically.
The salary/wage range is $215,000 - $370,000 annually. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for performance bonuses and benefits such as healthcare, retirement plans, and paid time off.
