A Growing Multi-State Civil Litigation Firm is seeking an accomplished civil litigation attorney to join our Wilmington, NC office. This is a lateral hire opportunity for a partner level attorney with a minimum of ten (10) years of relevant civil litigation experience. Candidates with less than ten years of experience will not be considered.Our expanding Wilmington office is looking for a partner level attorney to handle complex civil litigation matters in the firm's North Carolina office. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in complex civil litigation, excellent writing and advocacy skills, and the ability to manage cases independently from intake through trial or resolution. A portable book of business is welcome but not required.
Requirements:
- Active license to practice law in North Carolina
- Minimum of 10 years of civil litigation experience in North Carolina state and federal courts
- Demonstrated ability to manage a full caseload with minimal supervision
- Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
