Job Overview:We are seeking a part-time Attorney licensed in Texas to join our team. This part time role requires working in-person with remote work permitted at times.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and draft memoranda
- Prepare pleadings, motions, contracts, and other legal documents
- Manage case files and review documents
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients
- Collaborate with team members to achieve client goals
Qualifications:
- Active license to practice law in Texas (Required)
- Strong legal research and writing skills
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities
- Availability to work in-person at our Woodlands or Magnolia office
