Job Description:Rochelle McCullough PLLC, is seeking a detail-oriented, dependable and organized associate attorney for its Dallas office. The position encompasses commercial litigation, restructuring, and creditor and debtor rights practices. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in corporate bankruptcy law and commercial litigation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent a variety of clientele, including court appointed trustees and receivers, creditors, and debtors.
- Prepare and draft documents for state and federal courts, including legal briefs, pleadings, motions, and discovery.
- Communicate professionally with debtors, attorneys, courts, opposing counsel, and clients regarding case status and procedures.
- Participate in mediations, hearings, and trial proceedings.
Experience:
- Active license to practice law in Texas.
- 3+ years of experience in corporate bankruptcy and commercial litigation fields.
Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Client communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as in collaboration with colleagues.
