This is a full time, salaried role for an Associate Oil and Gas Title Attorney either in-office or remote. The role involves tasks such as reviewing and drafting title opinions, conducting due diligence, and handling legal research.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience of oil and gas title examination
- Experience in negotiating and drafting oil and gas agreements
- Legal research and analysis skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
- Experience in the energy or oil and gas industry is a plus
- Attention to detail and critical thinking skills
