Winstead PC is seeking a 5- 7 year associate with experience in both oil and gas transactions and litigation to join our Energy (https://www.winstead.com/Practices/Energy-Law) practice group in Austin, Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston or The Woodlands. The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas:

Oil and Gas: Experience in oil and gas litigation and transactions. Candidates with oil and gas title background is preferred but not required.
Writing skills: Candidates should be proficient at complex legal drafting and client communication.
Strong academics: Candidates should have strong academic credentials
