Winstead is seeking a senior attorney (5 - 15 years of experience) for a position with our Insurance Recovery (https://www.winstead.com/Practices/Insurance-Recovery) practice group in Houston. This position offers opportunities for professional growth and our insurance recovery practice focuses on helping corporate policyholders with all aspects of their insurance and risk management needs from a legal perspective, including placing coverage, assisting with the claims process, and handling coverage disputes. This group exclusively represents policyholders, not insurers. The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas:

Insurance Recovery: Experience in insurance recovery involving commercial coverages, such as property, business interruption, CGL, D&O, cyber, intellectual property, E&O, reps & warranties, builder's risk, fiduciary liability, employment practices, pollution, and other commercial lines.
Strong academics: Candidates should have strong academic credentials.
Communication skills: Candidates should have excellent communication skills.
