McCleery Law Firm, LLC is seeking an additional attorney to join our team of five attorneys based out of our New Philadelphia office. Following completion of our training program, there is discretion to work flexibly from home absent any required hearings.

We are seeking new or experienced attorneys with the following characteristics:
  • Compassionate, empathetic, and emotionally intelligent in dealing with coworkers and clients, regardless of status within our organization.
  • Openness to or experience in family law, criminal law, oil and gas, or social security.
  • Adaptability in mastering new procedures and technologies, and comfort within an innovative and collaborative culture.

Duties of the Attorney would include the following:
  • Effectively balance and control the number of clients you agree to serve, in order to meet highest possible standards for client care and responsiveness. Training and exposure to multiple case types, with emphasis on family law skills.
  • Quick-response times to new client calls, and develop aptitude in quickly establishing new client rapport. Follow proven model for effective client intakes.
  • Engage in client financial coaching at outset of case to guarantee plan of action that clients understand, and which fits clients' needs and budgets.
  • Engage in effective partnering and mentorship relationships, with proactive questioning and solicitation of advice from managing attorney.
  • Prepare for professional advancement within growing organization by acquiring new skills and sharing legal knowledge with coworkers.

Salary is commensurate with experience, between the ranges of $70,000-$125,000, based on experience. Bonus compensation opportunities, relocation stipend, and student loan repayment programs are also available.
