Wilke Fleury is seeking an experienced litigation attorney to join our litigation team as an Of Counsel Attorney. This position is designed for attorneys seeking greater autonomy, flexibility, and control over their compensation, with the opportunity to earn additional compensation based on productivity, revenue generation, and client origination.The ideal candidate will have eight or more years of significant litigation experience and the ability to independently manage matters from start to finish. An established book of business is welcomed but not required. We are seeking entrepreneurial attorneys who provide exceptional client service and are motivated to grow their practice.
Our litigation practice includes professional liability, construction, real estate, insurance coverage, commercial litigation, and other civil litigation matters. Candidates should be effective communicators, strong legal writers, strategic thinkers, and experienced in managing complex litigation.
In addition to the guaranteed base salary, this position offers an uncapped performance-based compensation structurerewarding productivity, revenue generation, and client origination.

Compensation: Base Salary of $180,000 annually, plus uncapped performance-based compensation
