Description:

Join one of the leading plaintiff personal injury firms in California. We offer something better than “just another job”: a real career with meaningful work, strong mentorship, and a team that is genuinely collaborative and supportive.

We're hiring an attorney with 1–5 years of experience who wants real client impact (not just pushing paper), steady growth, and the backing of seasoned litigators.

Our Core Values (How We Work)

We are:
  • Results-Driven: We prepare thoroughly, negotiate intelligently, and litigate strategically to maximize outcomes.
  • Client-First: We communicate clearly, act with empathy, and treat every client with dignity and respect.
  • United as a Firm: We collaborate across teams, support each other, and take collective ownership of outcomes.
  • Integrity & Accountability: We do what we say we will do, meet deadlines, and hold ourselves to a high standard.
  • Growth-Minded : We seek feedback, welcome coaching, and continuously improve our craft.

What You'll Do:
You'll handle a plaintiff PI caseload with guidance and support from experienced attorneys. Responsibilities may include:
  • Drafting and filing pleadings
  • Managing written discovery
  • Taking and defending depositions
  • Trial preparation (trial experience is a plus, not a gatekeeper)
  • Working with medical records and damages documentation
  • Maintaining heavy client interaction and supporting clients through the process

What We're Looking For:
We're not hunting for a unicorn. We want a solid lawyer who's hungry, capable, and coachable. Ideal candidates have:
  • 3–10 years of litigation experience (personal injury preferred)
  • Ability to prepare pleadings and discovery, and participate in depositions
  • Strong research and writing skills
  • Familiarity with medical records and damages analysis (preferred)
  • Professional presence with clients—steady, clear, and empathetic
  • A collaborative mindset and the discipline to execute consistently

Why This Role

  • Work alongside talented, experienced attorneys who genuinely mentor
  • A culture that's innovative and collaborative, high standards, no ego games
  • Extensive client-facing work, you'll practice law, not just manage an inbox
  • A team environment that values initiative, ownership, and continuous improvement

Please submit:
  • Your resume, and
  • A brief cover letter explaining why you want to do plaintiff-side work and what kind of cases and responsibilities you want more of in your next role
