What You'll Do:
You'll handle a plaintiff PI caseload with guidance and support from experienced attorneys. Responsibilities may include:
- Drafting and filing pleadings
- Managing written discovery
- Taking and defending depositions
- Trial preparation (trial experience is a plus, not a gatekeeper)
- Working with medical records and damages documentation
- Maintaining heavy client interaction and supporting clients through the process
What We're Looking For:

- 3–10 years of litigation experience (personal injury preferred)
- Ability to prepare pleadings and discovery, and participate in depositions
- Strong research and writing skills
- Familiarity with medical records and damages analysis (preferred)
- Professional presence with clients—steady, clear, and empathetic
- A collaborative mindset and the discipline to execute consistently
- Work alongside talented, experienced attorneys who genuinely mentor
