A Law Firm in Conifer, Colorado seeks an Of Counsel Attorney to provide legal expertise on an as-needed basis. This role is ideal for skilled lawyers who excel in a dynamic, technology-driven environment and are committed to providing strategic, leadership-style legal advice.

Ideal Candidate Traits:

Extensive experience in providing top-tier legal advice in business law, intellectual property, or related fields.
Litigation experience is desired, but not required.
Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex legal principles clearly and persuasively.
Strong adaptability with a keen sense of responsibility and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

Client Legal Advisory: Deliver high-quality legal advice and documents, starting behind-the-scenes, progressing to assisting senior counsel on client calls, and eventually managing client projects independently.
Case and Client Management: Efficiently manage legal matters, maintaining compliance with timelines and exceeding client expectations. Foster strong client relationships through exceptional legal service and clear communication.

Technology Proficiency
High proficiency with modern legal research tools and comfortable using online platforms for communication and collaboration.
