We are seeking an experienced Of Counsel attorney to expand our practice in estate planning, probate, conservatorships, and related matters.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in estate planning, probate administration, conservatorships/guardianships, and trust work.
Tennessee Bar admission in good standing.
Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage cases independently while working collaboratively with a team.
A client-focused approach with good judgment and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

Advise clients on estate planning strategies, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance directives.
Handle probate and trust administration, as well as contested estate and conservatorship matters.
Counsel families on guardianships, conservatorships, and fiduciary obligations.
Collaborate with our family law team where practice areas intersect.
Contribute to building and leading the firm's estate planning and probate practice area.
