Qualifications:
- Expertise in Law, with a specific focus on Business Law, Litigation for Trusts / Estates & Civil Litigation
- Proficiency in providing Legal Advice and performing thorough Research
- Strong Negotiation skills and experience in resolving legal disputes effectively
- Licensed to practice law in Nevada and in good standing with the Nevada State Bar
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members
- Familiarity with legal challenges faced by small businesses is a plus
