Description:
The Position:A Full-Service Law Firm is seeking a Mid-to-Senior Level Litigation Associate to join our Salt Lake City office. The candidate should have minimum of four years of civil litigation experience. The ideal candidate will have experience drafting pleadings, motions, and related litigation documents; managing discovery, including taking and defending witnesses for depositions; and conducting legal research, analysis and writing.

Knowledge Base & Education:
- J.D. from an ABA accredited law school
- Excellent academic credentials
- A minimum of four years' litigation experience
- Ability to learn and embrace new skills and best practices as the position evolves and Firm needs change

- Ability to work well independently as well as effectively within a team
- Ability to develop relationships and foster teamwork at all levels of the Firm
