The Boston office of Fisher Phillips is seeking a Mid-Senior Level Litigation Associate with 5-7 years of defense-side complex litigation experience to join our growing team. Ideal candidates will bring meaningful experience managing sophisticated matters independently.About the role:
Qualified candidates will have significant experience handling complex litigation matters from inception through resolution, including:
- Drafting and responding to pleadings
- Managing written and electronic discovery, including e-discovery strategy
- Drafting and arguing dispositive and non-dispositive motions
- Taking and defending depositions
- Leading or substantially participating in mediations and trials
- Mentoring junior attorneys and collaborating with litigation teams
While prior employment law experience is preferred, we are equally interested in litigators from other defense-side complex litigation practices who demonstrate a strong interest in developing an employment law practice and contributing to firm growth.
