We are looking for a Mid-Level Litigation attorney with a minimum of 4 years of experience as a practicing litigator.We are a small litigation boutique that represents securities firms and financial / investment advisors. We also handle related securities regulatory work, as well as commercial litigation in various state and federal courts. Must have familiarity taking and defending depositions, drafting motions in federal and state court (motions to dismiss & summary judgment, etc) and have excellent analytical skills.
