An International Law Firm has an immediate opportunity for an associate for its Executive Compensation and Benefits Group. The associate may be based in Nashville, TN; Dallas, TX; or Philadelphia, PA. Candidates generally should have 2-4 years of strong employee benefits and executive compensation experience, particularly in connection with mergers and acquisitions. The ideal candidate would have experience with executive compensation, qualified retirement plans, and welfare benefits. Candidates should have strong writing skills, exhibit close attention to detail, and be hardworking. Immediately transferable skills and a strong academic background with excellent drafting skills are also essential. Only candidates who meet these criteria will be considered.
