U.S. News & World Report has consistently ranked the firm as a tier one “Best Law Firm.”The firm is seeking mid-level to experienced civil litigators who have anywhere between 7 – 25 years' plus experience in its practice areas for the firm's Austin office. For mid-level laterals, substantial deposition and law and motion practice is required. For more experienced attorneys, substantial deposition, law and motion practice, and trial experience is required. Top law schools, high academic achievement, and/or board certification in construction law is a strong plus.
