The Chicago office has an immediate need for a mid-level Private Equity
Fund Formation associate. Ideal candidates will have large firm
experience representing private fund sponsors and institutional
investors on a variety of complex fund formation matters, co-investments
and secondary transactions. This is an excellent opportunity for
experienced associates to grow professionally as part of a global
practice which will provide substantial client interaction, significant
