About the Job:We are seeking an Associate Attorney to practice employment-based immigration. As part of a team of attorneys, develop and implement immigration legal strategies for employers and individuals. This position oversees the preparation and filing of non-immigrant and immigrant visa petitions and applications and prepares responses to government requests.
This position also has the flexibility to engage in naturalization, consular processing and adjustment of status family-based petitions, including related waivers and appearances in administrative proceedings. We offer full-service immigration services, and seek attorneys who are interested in a variable practice.
We are seeking an attorney with at least 1-3 years' experience as a practicing attorney.
