Baker Botts is seeking a mid-level Corporate Associate (Class of 2021–2023) to join our Dallas office. The ideal candidate will have broad corporate transactional experience, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, capital markets, SEC reporting, and general corporate counseling.

Qualifications:

J.D. from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.
lass of 2021–2023 with 2–4 years of corporate transactional experience.
Experience with mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, capital markets, SEC reporting, and/or public company representation.
Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
Admission to practice in Texas (or eligibility to waive in).
