We are seeking a midlevel associate to join our dynamic Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation practice in our Seattle or Pittsburgh office. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in employee benefits. Knowledge of and experience with health and welfare plans, tax qualified plans, executive compensation, and transactional matters is required.

Candidates must be self-starters who possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team. We require strong academic credentials, excellent communication skills, and a time and energy commitment to providing the highest quality client service. Candidates will work closely with experienced lawyers who will provide active mentoring and opportunities to assume increasing levels of responsibility and client contact.

Base Compensation $225,000 - $340,000 / year

The compensation salary for this position will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and market factors.
