A World-Class International Law Firm seeks a mid-level associate for its growing Finance practice in Chicago. Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of experience counseling lenders, investors, borrowers and issuers in leveraged finance, asset-based lending, private placements, unitranche, first lien/second lien and mezzanine financings, and both leveraged and investment-grade lending transactions. Candidates should be a self-starter with great client management skills, superior academic credentials, and previous large law firm experience.
